I want to start off by saying this. Is. Fudging. AMAZING! One of the best VN games I played I don’t usually make accounts or leave comments but this one deserves it. And I made one especially to thank you. I love the story of Felix and I have some suggestions, before I tell them I wanna say these are my suggestions and opinions and views you can use them how ever ya like. I have a BA (Hons) in Drama and Film and see great potential. here are my suggestions:
An Antagonist!, someone who might harm Felix this will complicate the story making it more interesting! the antagonist could be someone from Felix’s past who knows Felix’s secrete and could blackmail Felix or manipulate Felix and this is where the datable characters come in who will try to protect Felix from the antagonist, this can also be in reverse where felix protects his datable partner from there antagonist maybe there’s could be a toxic ex, manipulative parents, bad friends etc.
Before I move on I realised as am typing this I might use the term “datable character” a lot so from now on am gonna use the white albino fox “Aka” as a replacement this will save me time and I love him he is so cute omg! in my opinion aka route is canon you can’t change my mind!
Manipulation and Blackmail!, this is a bit of a continuation of the antagonist thing, you might ask why would the antagonist try to harm Felix or aka? Well, it could be for many things, homophobia, OR could be a psycho who is also gay but very possessive who could abuse Felix or aka and doesn’t want the two to be together. This could be a major challenge for the potential mates! Who said love was easy?
Alone moments!, this could be getting stuck in a room together for a few hours and having a heart to heart or this could also be like Felix passing out as he would have a traumatic flashback and Aka takes us to his room and since he can’t find a blanket aka hugs us tightly to try and keep Felix warm using his thicc fur these could be such cute moments together.
Special moments + nsfw: since this is an institute where sports are very important the character Felix dates should have special moments based on their sports for example aka and Felix are alone, aka makes great archery shorts while Felix is struggling with it aka notices this and gets really close.
aka wouldn’t notice much but! Felix would be freaking out and blushing while Aka teaches him to shoot better. The nsfw thing could be that Aka’s lower area is touching against Felix’s behind aka doesn’t notice it but again Felix is freaking out and blushing A LOT. This could be similar for Thomas teaching him how to use his sword better etc.
KISSING!, the best part and where this all climaxes the kiss should be very VERY special this could happen when Aka and Felix both confess their feelings for one another. They will be alone under the moonlight and that kiss should be so long it is a making-out session hugging, kissing cuddling etc when they confess, it should start with them both being honest about how they feel Felix’s past could be told to Aka and Aka’s’s past to Felix both console each other look each other in the eyes blushing heavily and then kissssssss.
again mate these are my views/opinions/suggestions. I could tell more as the story progresses if you would like. You can use these as you like, tweak with em, change em or not use em at all this game is a gift your making for us and your well-being comes first no need to rush something or feel pressured to change something I love how this game is going I am sure you have plans already that will just blow us away but this is just my way of helping.
Bonus suggestion: Patreon bro you will be rich and be able to maybe and hopefully do this full-time in the future, you have a lot of potential pals!

1) I have route specific antagonists like Pierre and few others, but I also have a few general antagonists that'll appear in all routes.
2) I'm planning for most of the routes to be slow burn. Ya know, almost touches, little glances, that kind of stuff. Especially since it fits in with Felix's backstory. (Also I love slow burn and torturing people with it lol) Also, if there were going to be any nsfw it'd be like a major reward at the ending. But don't count on it, I'm still only considering it.
3) Close proximity (Especially the Aka scenario you describe) is a must and have already been planned for all love interests. Although I discourage the use of AI art to make your point, it harms artists. I already understood you from the definition alone.
And again, thanks for reading! I'm in my finals week at the moment but will resume development right after my final paper.

Really like the story so far, the characters are all fun and it's one of those rare times where I'm seriously unsure on which route I want to read first (prolly Aka first)
It's too early for me to leave a proper review, but what is for sure is that it's interesting. The redraw of the sprites made the game much prettier ❤ As for NSFW or not, I have an idea. For example, a scene like "whoops, I caught my love interest in the shower with his cheeks out" or something like that. I think you don't need to write something particularly long for this, it can have a comedic effect, doesn't require any particularly inappropriate art and this doesn't mean that Felix will have sex with them. I think this will calm some people down XD
I actually have a few scenes like that prepared even before people asked about the NSFW. Nudity isn't inherently sexual, and yes, there will be some cheeks (not visual perhaps but described by Felix).
I would also like to see some spread cheeks, but if the autor doesnt want to draw it then that cant be changed. Guess we would just need to wait for an r34 artist to do it when the novel gets popular.
Nsfw themes for the datable characters can make it more entertaining but I feel most people will find what I like to call “wholesome nsfw” more fun like the example the above mate gave of felix finding his love interest naked in the shower, or romantic cuddles could also be a part of wholesome nsfw, biting and certain sounds yknow make it feel alive by adding passion. I know that sort of stuff if drawn can make it easily 18+ but when felix describes it holding his lover in his arms and feeling his heart beat getting faster as he is puuring and enjoying the moment of pure love will surely make it satisfying to alot of people even the pure horn dogs
I agree. I think wholesome nsfw would suit this game better than regular nsfw (if it will have it at all, of course). Wholesome nsfw for a wholesome game ^_^

2. Writing lust can be quite difficult because it can muddle the story if not done right. And I have no experience writing any smut so...
3. And I have no experience drawing anything 18+ either. Plus, if I were to draw 18+, I'd create OCs specific for that.
If I were to implement 18+ scenes it'd probably be like an extra for after the end of the game or non-sexual nudity for the sake of fanservice but for now I just don't see it being a part of the story.

Just played the 0.3.1 update. This is still one of my favourite VN's out there!
(I've played a lot of VN's, and I struggle to find ones that I like, however this is one of the ones that I have loved, and I found it so good that I have it tied for first place in my favourite VN's!)
I can't wait to get to play this more and see where the story goes.

Also Android is bugged out with the background shaking up and down and letter appearing and dissapearing talking about how the buttons near the charging port are hidden for better immersion or something like that.
so the part of Red is just 10/10 even the trauma parts, which leads to: how many does the MC have diifrent kinds of trauma!?
like ik some people do have many, I have (I think?) some, & they are on Repeat which uh isn't cool since you know no one deserves this kind of stuff happening to them (except a few)

this game is very cool to be honest, i liked characters and their personality with hidden backstory, i hope what later there will be alot of new interactions and characters with player!
Awwh, I also know how hard it is, but don't worry, only the first steps are the hardest.
Luckily, when it comes to coding a visual novel, many elements and codes are coming bsck to you, so you can always just copy-paste the previous using it as a pattern. You will learn it in no time.
Ren'Py does have a discord server too, they are pretty friendly. Gonna help you no matter what. :D
I also know some other servers, I could give you an invite whenever you need it.
(I haven't read your vn yet, but I'm sure it's awsome. I prefer to stack up the updates. :D)
OMG YESSSSS. It has such a charm to it. I'm in love with the art style, the writing never fails to make me giggle laugh and have fun. And the decisions actually let you put yourself in the story.
Glad you like it! Also, the next update, although near completion for a while now, would still probably take a while. I underestimated how tiring university could get.
I especially love the way you wrote Felix's relationship with his family. It's so warm and relatable. HIs dad is fantastic. "Good! I can just immediately throw you in the shower then!" made me laugh so hard. I was just a bit sorry that he jumped to school so quickly. I would have been glad to spend more time with Felix's family over the whole drive to his college.

that was the original plan, but it felt too long so I scrapped it.
Down worry, they still appear later on in the story via text and video calls. I made sprites for a reason. ;p
